In 2005, Home Solutions of America, Inc. (HSOA) became a premier provider of recovery, restoration and remodeling/rebuilding services across Florida, the Gulf Coast and California. Our acquisition of Florida Environmental Remediation Services, Inc., in September 2005 vaulted our company into the recovery services market as a “first response” provider in Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas and Florida – all areas devastated by hurricane activity over the past two years.

HSOA has a fully integrated, three-stage service offering that includes recovery, restoration and rebuilding/remodeling. From “first response” cleanup and debris clearing, through air decontamination and toxic material removal, to installation of custom cabinets and countertops, HSOA offers services to support the redevelopment of storm-ravaged homes and businesses. We believe that this natural progression of our business offerings in markets affected by weather-related emergencies increases our opportunities across all three service offerings. Through our relationships with clients such as Home Depot and Centex, we also offer services to complement those of HSOA’s other business segments.

With operations in the southern United States Gulf Coast region and California, I believe HSOA is well positioned to capitalize on the growing demand for our suite of Recovery, Restoration and Rebuilding/Remodeling services, both in markets that have been impacted by weather-related events and in markets experiencing robust housing growth. Our focus on organic growth and strategic acquisitions will continue as we seek to increase our company’s value to shareholders.
