Home Solutions of America’s goal is to provide comprehensive services to residential and commercial markets. HSOA believes that the natural progression of our business offerings in markets affected by weather-related emergencies, from Recovery to Restoration to Rebuilding/Remodeling, increases HSOA’s opportunities across all three service offerings. Home Solutions of America’s growth strategy is threefold:

1. Leverage First Responder Business
Home Solutions of America intends to leverage the business of their subsidiaries - Florida Environmental Remidiation Services, Home Solutions Restoration of Louisiana and Fireline Restoration, Inc. - to build on our “first responder” business. To do this, HSOA will focus on U.S. markets that have a high incidence of weather-related emergencies. The first response business also generates leads for the other segments of Home Solutions of America’s business.

2. Build Key Relationships
Home Solutions of America is focusing on building our current relationships with Home Depot and Lowe’s to expand HSOA’s presence in a number of markets across the United States. HSOA is also developing new relationships with homebuilders, similar to the current relationship with Centex.

3. Continue Acquisitions
Home Solutions of America plans to continue to acquire strategic residential service companies, using a structure that ensures a low leverage balance sheet post transaction.
